Jerry Ade is the founder of Famous Artists Agency. He founded the booking agent in the year 1989 and has produced a lot of famous artists in the past three decades. Many are interested how he made it happen and here are just a few of the tips he shared to the public.

Stick to the Purpose

Jerry Ade highlights the fact that bookers should never go off the track. Yes, they entered this field because of the profit it will most likely give them but before they start earning big they have to make sure that the artists in their midst are given the perfect break. They should be given the perfect gigs. Thus the goal is to help facilitate these young clients go the next step so they can become stars.

Focus on the Gains rather than the Losses

The music industry is filled various intrigues and controversies. That is part of the world of entertainment so bookers should always maintain a cool mental disposition. There are no rooms for any types of hot headed individuals in this field. Jerry Ade had his share of controversies especially with the pressure exerted against rap music during the late 80’s but he remained cool. There were certain building manager who did not want his talents to perform and he did so without much complaint. Nevertheless, those building managers soon realized what a great loss they have done by not allowing his talents to perform.
